The slightest shake of the pedometer while lying in the palm of my hand made it move forward! When I took it out for a "walk" it was not accurate with regard to my steps or the milage, which I measured against my car spedometer. Pretty far off, actually. Very hard to program, or to manipulate. After all, how can two buttons perform 6 functions!!! Go with the Omron product - much more user friendly.
